Who we are

TRON Charts ("we", "us") operates the website troncharts.xyz and the trading platform at app.troncharts.xyz. This policy covers the marketing website. The trading platform has its own terms presented at signup.

What we collect

Waitlist: if you join the waitlist we collect the email address, company name and organization type you submit, plus a timestamp. We use it to contact you about early access and launch — nothing else.

Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to count page views and measure which sections convert. No personal profiles are built, no identifiers are stored in your browser, and no data is shared with ad networks.

Market data: the live chart on the homepage fetches public market data directly from data providers. Those requests carry your IP address to the provider, as any web request does; we receive nothing from them about you.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We don't send more than occasional product updates to waitlist members, and every email includes an unsubscribe.

Retention & your rights

Waitlist entries are kept until launch communications conclude or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@troncharts.xyz. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note the new date above and, for waitlist members, mention it in the next update email.
